The workplace can be challenging but for a hearing-impaired person it’s a minefield. We work with eDeaf to empower the hearing-impaired community socially and economically. In addition to contributing to the school’s technology, Connemara’s Learnership Programme employs and supports young, aspiring hearing-impaired professionals in the workplace and mentors them to reach their full potential.
