Role Analysis

Role Analysis (often referred to as Job Analysis or Profiling) is used to determine the knowledge, skills and behavioural attributes a person needs to perform a defined role in the business. The process is often extended to include the learning and development interventions available to ensure their competence.

The process we follow and the instruments we recommend depend on the level and nature of the role, the number of roles to be profiled and the objectives (and consequences) of the role profiling exercise.

Profiles are designed in interactive workshops with relevant stakeholders and individual feedback is an essential part of the process.
