Assessment Centres are best used for recruitment and placement, as they are geared towards filling job vacancies and address an immediate organisational need. We use a combination of psychometric and competency-based assessments to assess what a person can do.
Development Centres focus on a person’s learning and development, enabling the individual to perform more effectively in the current role and preparing them for possible future roles. This approach addresses a longer-term organisational need and focuses on people's potential.
In-depth reports are compiled and feedback given to candidates. We are also able to generate consolidated group assessment reports that identify trends evident in a particular business environment.
