Our experience has shown that people value experiential learning, working in teams and social networking. Thus, our approach to learning has focused on creating learning experiences that provide opportunities to interact with experienced facilitators, skilled coaches and peers. These learning experiences have typically been scheduled events and take place in a face-to-face environment.

Our observation of technological developments has challenged us to rethink the learning experience.

As learning technologies are still developing, we believe that we need to view technology as a facilitator of learning rather than a substitute for all face-to-face learning. In our design we therefore lean towards using technology as a tool that people learn with rather than from.

Some of our key projects include designing customised corporate e-learning programmes for large corporates and organisations as well as for institutions such as Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), and Continuing Education for University of Pretoria (CE@UP).

In late 2013, we established Ceed Learning to leverage technology and to provide blended learning solutions to our clients.
